That is misleading.
The SQL catalog (SYSTABLES, SYSCOLUMNS, ...etc) has nothing to do with the
*DTADCT object, and the associated files, created for IDDU usage thru the
"with data dictionary" clause.
The SQL catalog is always created with the standard CREATE COLLECTION (or
DATABASE or SCHEMA) statement.
