WRKACTJOB will often eliminate jobs that it believes are not "active". That's why they have the F14 key on WRKACTJOB F14=Include/Exclude Includes suspended group jobs, inactive prestart jobs, suspended system request jobs, and disconnected jobs on the display (or excludes them if they were already included). Now, I've had traditional 5250 jobs in QINTER that were not included unless you did the F14. I prefer to use WRKSBSJOB. I only use WRKACTJOB when I want to put a 5 in front of a subsystem name to see when it started. Answer this question, which one of the categories, if any, did my 5250 job fall under, (basic BPCS users)? A) Suspended group jobs B) Inactive prestart jobs C) Suspended system request jobs D) Disconnected jobs on the display Then which one, if any, did your job fit under?
