Apart from possible data protection legislation (I assume that you have that in the USA?) there is always the possibility that the orders could get through to the factory for picking. If the data is scrambled then it satisfies both the conditions to avoid being carried through by picking and also doesn't include any real customer information. I'm glad to see you test batch jobs - but is this all done manually?
