Anybody know of a good way to find objects created by users?

Here's what's happening: I start a project to work on, then someone wants
something done asap so I stop what I'm doing and work on the new project,
then in the middle of that one I might get another project, etc.... Or
what happens is I finish a project then I send an email to the requestor of
the project to get together to test the finished product but the requestor
takes a week or 2 to get back to me and I've already started another
project, but for me anyways it's a rare occasion that my finished project
is exactly what the requestor wanted or they actually wanted something a
little different. It's all very confusing, so I would like a way to scan
the system for all objects once in a while for objects I created so that I
can look at each one and determine if I'm still working on it or if I can
delete it.

TIA,

Frank
