RE: One more question about expired passwords

I thought there was a system value for that also.  If so, then why does 
the help for QPWDEXPITV say the following:

                          QPWDEXPITV - Help 
 
Password expiration interval.  Specifies the number of days for 
which passwords are valid.  This provides password security by 
requiring users to change their passwords after a specified number 
of days.  If the password is not changed within the specified number
of days, the user cannot sign-on until the password is changed. 
 
Seven days before the password ends, you are warned at sign-on time,
even if you are not displaying sign-on information (the system value
QDSPSGNINF). 
 
A change to this system value takes effect immediately.  The shipped
value is *NOMAX.

I think that can be changed by a system value, but ours does 14 days.

When you change the system settings to force password changes, what type

warning does it give?  Like we are going to implement every 60 days.  Will
it start warning in 5 days?
