Adam,

Yes, when you create the user profile, set the PWDEXP (Password Expired)
parameter to *YES.  The user will not be able to sign on without changing
their password.  You can also change this parameter on existing profiles
at any time, for instance if you reset a user's password and want to
force them to change it.
