Hi all, this is my observation. This works fine with commands they don't have *outfile option(Eg. DSPLIBL). But when we use commands which has got *outfile option(Eg DSPFD). Runqry on the PF shows Junk values......... IIRC, this only works with program described output, and definitely not with ipds or afp output. That too with OVRDBF..? Sounds strange to me... Create an output file: CRTPF FILE(OUTPUT133) RCDLEN(133) LVLCHK(*NO) (Needs 1 more character than the Print File. Ignore the first character in the file.) Overide the Print File to the Database File: OVRDBF FILE(QPIJSMST) TOFILE(MYLIB/OUTPUT133) Issue the Command to generate the output: DSPJOBJS OUTPUT(*PRINT) Delete the overide: DLTOVR FILE(QPIJSMST) Good luck!
