Use the RTVUSRPRF command to get the parameter PWDCHGDAT and the

This is the hard way if the only solution is C/L but -

hold your spool file before you dspurprf,
copy it to a database file,
using a dclf of the database file,
C/L can "read" the file in a loop until you get to the record,
then you will have the date.

There could be some API's also, but I am not sure how
"friendly" they are to C/L.

Subject: Password expiration date in a CL

Trying to figure out a way in a CL to get a users password expiration
date if possible.

I can do a DSPURPRF *CURRENT *PRINT and it shows up.

I can also do a DSPUSRPRF *CURRENT *

RTVUSRPRF doesn't seem to do it.

any suggestions ?

Jim
