Carl, that's the Websphere Development Studio Client - if you have 5722-WDS and someone has the client, he might be able to use WDSC as the development environment. It includes CODE/400 for now, as well as something called Remote System Environment ( I think). For debugging, STRDBGSVR needs to have been executed on your server.

It also needs each user to have a separate, distinct *CURLIB.

Firewalls can get in the way, however, IIRC.
