READ APAR II13365!

Turns out that there are two levels of V5R2 LIC, RSB and RSC. (Will be
printed on the I_BASE_01 CD near the release label) You must be on the RSC
code to upgrade to a model 810, FC 2465 or 2495.

Per the APAR if you you are at V5R2 RSB you will need to slip the LIC and
O/S before upgrading to the 810. The marker PTF for the RSC code is
RE03098. [ DSPPTF LICPGM(5722999) SELECT(RE03098) ]

What is the "by the book" approach? We'll soon be migrating from a 620 v4r5
to an 810 v5r2.
