Now that I think of it, I was using RUMBA File Transfer, not CA/400.  But,
it's much older than V3R2...  I was doing CSV with RUMBA file transfer in
V2R3.   It was V3R2 when I switched to using RPG programs, because they
required no humans to click on icons.

Anyway... if you have a copy of RUMBA (even the Win 3.1 version will work)
that should be able to make FDF that does CSV format.
