Any heads up on hardware upgrades?

We just got our upgrade for our 720 on Friday, Yah! We are have scheduled
the time to upgrade to V5R2 to prepare for the hardware upgrade. And soon
for scheduling for hardware. My question is this. Is there any heads up I
need to know about when we upgrade? I know about the software licensing, and
that is all taken care of, but I was wondering if there is anything else we
need to worry about? Or _should_ it be like an OS upgrade where there isn't
anything else that really needs to be done? I have never done anything like
this, so I want to sort of know what to expect.
