Sort of related to this question - I have long wanted
to be able to route ALL inquiry messages to the
system operator so the problem can be documented.

That is, I would like all the messages that my users
are 'just taking a C' to (without telling anyone there
is a problem) to act like what happens when you
overfill a file - the user gets a 'Waiting for reply
from system operator message queue' and the
operator gets the message. He could then document
the problem and route it to the guilty party.

Is there a way to do this?
