× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

I think TXTRTT is valid only for text and AFPDS streams.
Take a look of CVTDTA there are some indications on how to
define an IPDS barcode (ONLY IPDS), one of the parameters
is rotation.
