Are you opening the file using Microsoft Excel by any chance?  If so, it has
a problem with numbers having more than fifteen digits.  I believe there is
some discussion in the archives on this subject.

When trying to do a CPYTOIMPF to create a .CSV file, we have an alpha field
that is 16 long and most times contains all numbers.  This field gets
converted as a numeric, which is o.k. but the last digit is always replaced
by a zero.
