RE: HTTP *ADMIN

Had to do that when going to 5.1 also.  At least the error then told you
that you needed to install JAVA.  This error says NOTHING!  The *admin ends
normally.  Argh!

upgrade.  I had to install 5722-JV1 *BASE and option 3 (IIRC you had
choice of option 3 or 5)
