Jim, This should be listed somewhere. Don't kmow myself, because I have not had to find this out myself. For UK the max length is 8 in the format XXXX YYY. For the Netherlands the fixed length is 7, format XXXX YY. I found a "Microsoft Subsidiary Information" (excusez les mots) sheet on my desk with the addresses of their affiliates worldwide. Such an addresslist may give you some indication.
