QWTPITPP Program

Does anyone know why the program QWTPIPP program would show up in the audit
journals on a recurring basis as having used the service tool functions?
I'm not even sure what QWTPIPP is for, other than that it is associated with
EDI and/or HTTP server on OS/400.
