There's been a few responses already.  Perhaps your inbound mail is 
running a little slow.  I'll give you some time to digest that.  However,

Hi Group
I want to start using CODE/400. Is it a free tool? If yes, where can I 
download that from? I can download that to my pc, right? Actually I have 
no experience with CODE/400. Please help.
