Another way to evaluate an IPL is by using the qwccrtec program. This
program will dump all the SRC's associated with a power down and IPL
sequence... along with time stamps. The final message is: " *End of IPL
05/25/03 19:36:33* "

The only good way that I know of determining the last IPL is to look at the
start date/time of the controlling subsystem.  If your QINTER goes back to
march, that means you haven't done a GO SAVE 21 since then, and that's
likely too long.
