NOT True! SPD IS Supported by V5R2. It's NOT Support IF you have an i800, i810 i825, i870 or an i890.

There are some cards like 6501 and 6512 that are flagged as 'may perform poorly' but they will work.

Just want to do a quick check here - one of our managers thought they heard that V5R2 could mean a hardware replacement, specifically of some disk subsystem components. Has anyone heard of that? I've been looking around, but didn't see and reference to hardware support being dropped that wasn't already dropped for V5R1.
