I've laughed myself sick reading those posters.  They never fail to bring a
sense of purpose and meaning to my life!  ;)  The two that help me
understand and actually accept my biggest pet peeve = bad customer service:

there was one poster that i don't believe you can buy, and I can't find on
thier site anymore, but they show it hanging from the celing at the
despair.com warehouse is a classic:

It shows a picture of the president of Despair.com with the caption:
"Remember, we can't spell FAILURE without U R A."

when i first read that, I laughed till i cried.
