Overrides don't affect anything but your job. (i.e., just this particular sign-on session) They're an aspect of your particular job. If you ran another command that wrote output using the QPDSPLIB print file at the same call-level, it would also be placed on hold. If you sign off, or change call-levels the override will be removed automatically. If you're worried about it, you can do a DLTOVR QPDSPLIB to get rid of the override.
