Frank, I think it'd be a two step process. CPYSPLF,CPYTOIMPF. Unless you have OPS Nav. Then you could drag the spooled file right from Ops Nav into Windows explorer. However, there are may third party tools that would accomplish this. SPLTOOLS from Brad Stone comes to mind but I'm sure someone will mention others. Thanks, Mark Mark D. I'm trying to find out how to send or copy a spool file to an IFS folder(not into QDLS). I've tried using CPYTOPCD but it automatically places the unreadable document in QDLS. Any ideas? CPYTOPCD FROMFILE(QTEMP/SAVSPLF) TOFLR('FKANY') + TODOC(DOCUMENT.DOC) REPLACE(*YES) + TRNTBL(*NONE) TRNFMT(*NOTEXT) I've also tried using DOCUMENT.TXT Thanks, Frank _______________________________________________ This is the Midrange Systems Technical Discussion (MIDRANGE-L) mailing list To post a message email: MIDRANGE-L@xxxxxxxxxxxx To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo/midrange-l or email: MIDRANGE-L-request@xxxxxxxxxxxx Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/midrange-l.
