Thanks, Trevor and John. I couldn't have said it any better. Even though I
have been a volunteer for over 20 years, I am still amazed at the number of
eggs that get thrown over the wall and splat. I should know, cuz I used to
be one of the throwers. Then Nora and Charlie made me take the chair of the
volunteer resources council. Talk about a perspective change!

Once again I'll repeat the mantra: Become a volunteer for COMMON...If you're
not part of the solution, you're part of the problem.  OMMMMM

Now let's do what David says and move this over to the non-tech thread.
