Restore the file to another library, and use CPYF to selectively copy back
what you lost.  This is not a good solution if relative record numbers are
meaningful, but if the file contains some sort of date/time stamp, you
might be able to re-organize them back properly.

Journaling is a good thing.  Had you used "before and after images",  you
could have simply used RMVJRNCHG.
