You would have to make a very detailed an compelling argument to me to convince me to allow you to use the QSECOFR profile. As far as I am concerned, that is huge security risk. Plus, if you were to use QSECOFR as the owner of the objects, system value settings could possibly cause installation problems UNLESS you actual signed on as QSECOFR to run the LODRUN command, and this is an even greater security risk, IMO.
