Yup, List Job Schedule Entries (QWCLSCDE) API, in Work Management APIs. You can also WRKJOBSCDE OUTPUT(*PRINT) and do the usual spooled file processing (copy to DB file, then read for each piece of information), with the usual cautions about release changes biting you.
