I don't think you do (keep it up-to-date). Each time you need it in XML
format you (re)generate the XML from the database. Of couse if the data is
rarely updated (you defined rarely <G>) you could keep the XML around and
regenerate it when the data changed (either as part of the update process,
or through a trigger).
