If you are at V5R1 or V5R2, remember that your DST password is now case
sensitive.  If you type CHGDSTPWD, and choose the "*DEFAULT" option, you are
changing the QSECOFR DST password to 'QSECOFR' (please note all caps).

When you type the password in at the DST signon prompt, the password field
is case sensitive and many people type in 'qsecofr' (note all lowercase).
This is the cause of many password errors and disabled DST profiles.
