Now I get this message when trying to start SMTP server, V5R1. Nothing
to my knowledge has changed since yesterday. I've granted authority to
the listed object to QTCP:

>From module . . . . . . . . : QP0LGSSE

>From procedure . . . . . . :
Qp0lGS_SendError__FiT1P13qp0l_pathnameT3PcN25P
  6Qus_ECPv

Statement . . . . . . . . . : 577

To module . . . . . . . . . : QC2PLOCL

To procedure . . . . . . . : _C_Get_temp_space_ptr

Statement . . . . . . . . . : 1312

Message . . . . : Not authorized to object.

Cause . . . . . : Authority is not sufficient to access object

  /QSYS.LIB/QLGPGCMA.LOCALE. Recovery . . . : Obtain permission to
use the
object and try the operation again. Permission must be granted by the
owner
or other authorized person. If the object name is *N, it could not be

determined which of the objects authority was not sufficient. The
Security
  - Reference, SC41-5302, contains authority information for the
operation.

Any suggestions? Thanks.
