Re: HIPAA - NSF-C Claim Specs DDS

You can get the record formats from the HCFAA (or whatever they are
calling it now) government web site. Try googling for it. As far as the
DDS specs for a file to store the data in it should just be a single 80
character field, if I recall correctly, it has been a couple of years
since I dealt with this.
