1) Send separate emails for each topic. We have a hard enough time with the subject lines. :-) 2) MAXSTG will go to the group profile, not the individual profile in that case. Unless you're concerned about IFS objects. 3) No, you cannot set storage limits at the library level. Well, I suppose you could create an ASP just for that library and fill up the ASP. 4) There is an API to list job descriptions to a user space. Have you looked under work management here http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/iseries/v5r2/ic2924/info/apis/aplist.htm for retrieve job description information? You may have to run something else to get a list of all job descriptions. I wrote a command, RTVJOBD, that uses that api. This allows the administrator to set up the amount of storage he wants to allocate to the user profile for owned objects. Now if the GRPPRF parm is set to *NONE, That is what will happen. But if the GRPPRF parm is set to the user profile GRPDESC, for example, and the OWNER parm is set to *GRPPRF, does the MAXSTG parm come into play in this case or does it go by the MAXSTG parm in the group profile? Also, can you set storage limits at the library level? One more thing, is there a job that I can run to list the JOB Descriptions to a file?
