This means that at least one component of COMMON costs more, and evidently signficantly more, on a percentage basis than DevCon. Maybe that's an area that can be looked at. I have no idea how to run a conference, but I do know how to compare numbers, so maybe that's a place to start: compare with a venue that works. Joe
