RE: Problem with QTVDEVICE job

I can see a couple of QPADEV* jobs starting about 25 minutes before.

What should I look for? Is it configured on the PC?

        Sure looks like a client access printer session to me,
        although I'm sure there are other possibilites also. 
        Maybe look in the log just before/after this and see
        if you can tell which was just connecting.
