Is it bad if I get :

  feature *ALL and system serial number *LOCAL was not found in the license
  repository. Some of the following parameters may be specified incorrectly:
  product, license term, feature, or system serial number. If this is an
  install, then you will need to get a license key from your software
provider
  and add it to the license repository by using the Add License Key
  (ADDLICKEY) command.
Recovery  . . . :   Specify the correct parameter values.  Then try the
  request again.
