Rob, IBM is currently signed on remote support as I type. My PTF's are for the most part current. I have the latest cum to load this weekend. I too have run thousands of compiles since I put up V5R2. Actually I ran 2 this morning before the job giving me fits. Seems to be something with this job. This is the second time I've done it. There won't be a third. Thanks, Mark Mark D. Any time that this would have happened I would have immediately on the phone with IBM. Granted, we have a support line contract. (You did expect these stock questions, didn't you?) :-) Do a DSPPTF and list the first one that appears. Mine isTL03077. Do a WRKPTFGRP and display that. It consumes most of the cpu, and cannot be ended. The last time I submitted it, I had to force the entire system down and IPL. What is happening here? We are at V5R2. Thanks, Mark Mark D.
