Results of poll from IBM community tools:
If still on V4R5, why
1 - Can compile back to V3R2 and support older machines.
1 - OV/400
1 - What they have "supposedly" works.
1 - Not on Software Subscription - cost
1 - Hardware
2 - Other

I would dearly love to know what those other were. Might be any number of
things:
- Those who didn't understand "If still on V4R5" and wanted an option for
"Not on V4R5".
- Those who wanted to start a debate on what "supposedly" works meant.
- ????

I wonder why people stay on V4R5. Is it because of:
1) Can compile back to V3R2 and support older machines.
2) OV/400
3) What they have "supposedly" works.
4) Not on Software Subscription - cost
5) Hardware

Maybe I'll try a pollcast.
