The Head of Merchandising where I used-ta work had a saying framed in his
office.  Learned a lot from him, and this said something like "Why-notters
build companies"...  And went on to point to people that sees something that
NEEDS done, and ASK the question "why not" instead of making the statement.

Ms. Lucas has posted many times that advertising is next to worthless next
to word-of-mouth actual-customer-experience.  So I don't see it as a
question of "Where is IBM", but a fact that more could be done...  By who is
a different question...;-D
