I went to look this link over. Yep, the quote is there from the CIO. But I've 
learned you learn something sometimes from the reader feedback on some of 
these places. I don't know how much veracity there is here, but the first 
listed commentary was:

Possibly the largest application JetBlue runs is their eTicket system. Their 
eTicket system is written in Perl, powered by Apache, on HP-UX UNIX servers.

Another comment referred to how "tiny" an operation they have, "it's revenues 
are less than what 15 HomeDepot stores bring in per quarter, for 
example", ..."The CIO's example of 1,000 web "hits" per hour to a frequent 
flier program's web server(s)".."If indeed the business continues to grow at 
the present rate, and this CIO can make the same claims to fame, or even keep 
his job 5 years from now ? that would be impressive.
