To extend this, use 0000 to get all messages with a certain prefix - MONMSG CPF0000 gets all messages from CPFAAAA - CPF9999. This is useful for a global error handler in CL, which will catch all messages not specifically monitored in the body of the program.

Yes, BTW, the first in the list IS CPFAAAA, not CPF0000 (EBCDIC ordering of hex digits). The valid characters for the number are actually hex digits, not decimal.
