Thanks for the answer but its ok now. I am (was) searching the way to retreive the lib name of objects IN the save file. I wanted to avoid dspsavf *Print. But this url is exactly what i want. >http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/iseries/v5r2/ic2924/index.htm?info/apis/qsrls avf.htm The goal is to perform restore from savf automatically. Thanks. -----Message d'origine----- De : midrange-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:midrange-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx]De la part de DeLong, Eric Envoyé : mercredi, 16. avril 2003 16:24 À : 'Midrange Systems Technical Discussion' Objet : RE: Retreive 'Library saved' in save file Stephane, I'm sorry, it is difficult to understand what you are asking. Are you looking for the SAVF? That is, you know that you saved the library to a save file, but you can't remember where you put it. You could use DSPFD FILE(*ALL/*ALL) OUTPUT(*PRINT) FILEATR(*SAVF) to print a list of all save files on your system. Of course, if you remember the name of the savf, it gets much easier. If you are wanting to look inside the savf to see what library and objects were saved, then use the DSPSAVF command to get a catalog of the SAVF.
