The "Free" version of WebSphere is 5722IWE - WebSphere Application Server -
Express.  Of course you have to have ordered the previous free version,
5733AS3 - WebSphere Application Server, Standard Edition, either V3.02 or
V3.5 before 1/28/03 to qualify to get this free under Software Subscription.

Otherwise it's $2K per CPU or $25 per user (in increments of 20 users).
