If you're using MS Query, I'm guessing you are using ODBC.  The DSN for your
AS/400 will have the ccsid parameter.  In WIN2K and NT there's a Control
Panel thing for ODBC data sources and that's where you should find the DSN.
It's definitely a CCSID problem--result fields have the offending CCSID.
