Keith,
        this thread has been run before - so you may find some useful tips
in the archives. In particular, you may try searching for the command
ADDSRVTBLE; this entry will enable one of you IP ports (I forget the number,
but it will be in the archive), the one used by Mgmt Central.  You need to
stop / restart TCP to activate the entry.
