Easy now - I was replying to Jim Damato whose quote was: "Here in Nashville (CST)..." Nashville is in Tennessee, which is in the USA. Therefore, the e-mail which I replied to was correct and not bashing anyone else's name for the daylight saving time or assuming everyone on this list speaks US English.
