Anyone know what QTVTNSCH might be on a V5R2 system?

I've got a loaner V5R2 box (very little software on it) and it's generating the
following error:

Program QTVTNSCH in library QSYS type *PGM ended abnormally.
Software problem data for QTVTNSCH has been logged.

Suggestions?
