Have you called tech support? I found their tech support to be excellent, back in the days when I had a job. The modem acts like it is having a resource conflict, ie., like something else is using the resource when it tries to dial out. We've been able to make it work, by retrying a few times, up until today, when I got dragged into it. I even tried to move it to the ECS modem/line...still won't work. Gets the "resource conflict" type error again. And, I know the ECS line works, since Extol has dialed into it while trying to help us out. Nothing has changed. Maybe the old CL which drives this thing needs to be changed? Is V5R2 "less forgiving" or something? Has anyone had similar problems? Any advice/tips will be greatly appreciated. First thing in the morning, we'll likely have the "big wheels" rambling the hallway. TIA AS/Resources, Inc.
