Chuck I really don't know - the parameter on my screen is actually called 'Allow relayed mail' and it is on the 4th panel, 3rd parm from the bottom if that helps at all. Was that added after V4R5 ? But my problem still remained. Note that I didn't add anything to the 'list'. Rick had suggested that I had a "stuck" e-mail and I cleared all e-mail off the system per a process that IBM had suggested to him. Problem still remained - guess I didn't have any stuck e-mail After speaking with IBM, was told that I needed to change the Allow Relay to be *NONE - apparently specifying *LIST without anything in the 'list' don't work - duh. Anyway, it appears that my problem has been solved as the system is back under control. IBM says that spammers were using the system to relay their crap.
