Check to make sure SMTP is running.  Make sure you have authority to the IFS
directory it's creating the MIME header files in.

All, I just upgrade to V5R2M0 and the SNDEMAIL program on the 400 stop
working, this program I believe was in Midrange Magazine some months ago.
The error that I am getting is:

 "Job 821869/QMSF/QMSF stopped processing MSF message."
 "SMTP distribution not sent.  Unable to parse data."

Does anybody know why this is happing, it was working fine on V5R1M0.
